Most marketing agencies study hospitality. We’ve lived inside it.
We’re the marketing partner for independent operators who’ve built something worth staying for. We’ve run the properties ourselves — and we back every call with attribution you can actually trace.
We’ve been the ones launching a brand new property.
Before Brosy, there was Waypoint Collective. In 2021, Rose and her husband Sam pivoted from careers in real estate and science startups, and jumped into hospitality. They planned, designed, and launched a hotel, a motel, and a handful of vacation rentals in Duluth, Minnesota.
Within two months on their own direct booking site, they crossed 60% direct bookings. By 2023 they were managing 34 properties. Then they sold.
That side of the table teaches you things a marketing deck never will: what occupancy actually costs to win, what an empty Monday in January really feels like, and how one well-shot reel can fill a whole season.
So we started Brosy. Rose brought the operator’s eye for systems, attribution, and the real cost of a booking. Britt brought a decade of building brands from the ground up — a floral studio, a vintage shop, social for boutique hotels — and a flat refusal to chase algorithms.
Together, we built the agency we wished we’d had when we were the ones holding the keys.
We’re not here to keep you trending. We’re here to find guests who’ll genuinely love their stay.
An operator, a brand-builder, an ads strategist, and an editor walk up to your marketing meeting.
Came to hospitality through the back door — nanoscience, then years marketing science startups, until she and her husband Sam built Waypoint Collective from nothing. Grown to 34 properties and sold in 2023. She runs strategy with an operator’s memory for what occupancy really costs.
Marketing is in her blood — a CMO father, a creative mother. A floral studio in 2015, a vintage shop, social for photographers and boutique hotels, full-time in brand by 2018. She doesn’t chase algorithms. She builds presence that lasts.
A social media & Pinterest expert, editor, and creator whose work has run in Forbes, Business Insider, and the Goal Digger Podcast. She brings editorial precision and an instinct for content that actually gets seen.
Seven-plus years in paid marketing — Fortune 500 brands, Jenna Kutcher, and indie hospitality. She makes a lean budget work hard and points every dollar at bookings you can trace.
An operator who’s run the properties. A creative who’s built the brands. An ads strategist who’s spent at the highest level. An editor with a national track record. That’s the table you’re sitting at.
Built by operators, run on data, kept independent.
Rose launched and ran 34 properties before Brosy. Britt built brands and ran social for boutique hotels. We’ve felt the weight of an empty calendar, so we build around it — not around a trend.
Attribution tracking, conversion data, and real performance metrics aren’t an afterthought here. When we say something’s working, we can show you exactly why. When it’s not, we say that too.
We understand the values, the pressures, and the priorities of the people we work for — because we’ve been those people. We built and sold our own brand before we built yours.
