Rose HALE
Rose walked into her first interview after college thinking she was applying to be a lab tech at a nanoscience company with her nanoscience degree. The first interview question was, “would you be interested in being our graphic designer instead?” Life takes mysterious turns. That interview kickstarted her career in design and operations. In 2021, inspired by her husband’s real estate ventures, she co-founded Waypoint Collective, a hospitality management company that grew to design and manage boutique properties, including Enger Lofts Hotel, Traverse Motel, and many vacation rental homes. After selling Waypoint in 2023, Rose continues to blend strategy, storytelling, and a deep commitment to brand integrity and regenerative hospitality in her marketing work.
BRITT HALE
Britt is the jack of all creative trades. She’s owned a successful floral design studio, a vintage shop, a solo massage therapy practice, a boutique manager and been a UGC creator for years. Britt entered the world of social media marketing as a career in 2018. In her work with a diverse array of creative businesses from photographers to tea makers, Britt sets herself apart with her inventive creativity, thoughtful strategy and deep authenticity. Her client list and featured work has included the brands Schoolhouse, Piccalio, Clevr Blends, Tofte Trails, Cuyuna Cove, back beat co., Timber Stilts Treehouse, and Grove Cottage Seabrook
